Settings → Subscription → Cancel. That is the whole process — no phone call, no email, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. If you cannot reach that screen, email support@mapandmingle.com and we will cancel it for you.
What cancelling does
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you already bought, then the account returns to the free tier.
Automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the same price and cadence until cancelled. The exact amount, the cadence, that it continues until cancelled, where the cancel button is, and how the charge appears on your statement are all disclosed before any payment details are entered.
Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email support@mapandmingle.com within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. The guarantee covers the first paid subscription only; renewals after that first period are not covered, so cancel before a renewal to avoid it. Accounts terminated for breaking the rules are not refunded — the rules are the Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service. Outside that window ask anyway — if you were charged for something you did not intend to buy, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, we will sort it out. Where local law gives you a broader right to cancel or refund, that right applies and this policy does not reduce it.
