This app is for every adult — straight, gay, bi, pan, curious, trans and non-binary people, singles, couples, polyamorous people, and people in open or ethically non-monogamous relationships. What you tick under "open to" stays private to you. Nobody has to justify who they are or how they date.
Adults Only
Everyone here is 18 or older, no exceptions. Lying about your age is a permanent ban. Sexual content involving a minor is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Consent Comes First
An open first message is welcome; pressure after a no is not. Rejected, ignored, or blocked means that's the answer. No unsolicited sexual content.
Nothing for Sale
Sex for money or anything of value is not allowed — no escorting, no paid content promotion, no "arrangements." One violation is a permanent ban.
Private Stays Private
Never share someone's intimate photos, messages, or identity without consent. No outing anyone.
The Map Is Not a Tracking Tool
Locations are deliberately approximate. No triangulating, following, or showing up uninvited. Stalking gets you banned and reported.
Meet Smart
First meeting in a public place, tell a friend, control your own ride, watch your drink, and leave if something feels off.
No Harassment or Hate
Zero tolerance. No hate speech or slurs, and no degrading anyone for their race, orientation, gender identity, body, religion or disability — including going after someone for being poly, non-monogamous, kinky, trans, or a couple. Permanent ban on the first confirmed instance.

Report violations from any profile or conversation, or email safety@mapandmingle.com. Reports are confidential. In immediate danger, call local emergency services first.
